I must say, this is a really cool sight. When I started out tracking all my nutrition, I was surprised to find that I was NOT doing the lowfat, lowcarb thing that I thought I was! So, I started making adjustments along the way, tracking everything, and got first my fats down into my appropriate range, then my carbs and calories. Still not getting the protien that I need, but I am working on that. Needless to say, I am now 12 pounds lighter and much happier with myself. Looking forward to continue the weight loss and get into my healthy zone along the way!
