I challenged myself to not step on a scale, any scale, for all of August. I have continued my plan. Stayed within my calorie range, exercised anywhere from 1500-2500 cals/week and watched the % breakdown within the foods eaten. I've been working on limited alcohol, eating more frequently smaller meals & drinking loads of water.
Small wrenches in the plan (things to work on) are stress levels with a sick dad, lack of sleep due to new illness, finding motivation/energy low towards the end of the week (harder to get movin' on thurs/frid/sat for some reason).
Clothes fit good. I'd say about the same, not tight which is good. Pluggin' away and continuing to modify the "wrenches" in order to increase energy levels, decrease bf% and feel wonderful in my own skin.
