Super Week!

This past week was really a good one!

I started the 90-day Renewal study; and it has been so inspiring. The study, in itself, has not changed my eating or exercise habits; but it's caused me to think more about myself as body, soul and spirit--one entity.

There were a couple of little blips, not enough exercise for one thing; but the weather has been so terribly hot that there's just no time to get outside and do anything comfortably. Tomorrow I will go back to Curves, and at least go 2 days this week. I'm also committed to get back on my walking schedule.

All in all, it was a good week; and I'm 1 lb below my lowest weight since I started. I had crept back up by a few pounds, but I've lost that and one more.

    Good for you! I'm starting my way down from a little blip myself. I've had a good week myself. I'm curious about your 90 day renewal study. Could you give me more information? How's your garden doing?
