That's what I bought in Italy. Six jars of truffle paste, or sauce, to put on pasta or bruschetta. White truffles. White truffles with artichoke hearts. Blacck truffles. Black truffles with porcini mushrooms. Variation on the above.
Truffles and mushrooms and olive oil - how many calories can they have in one tablespoon or so?
And the really sad part is, once they are gone, they are gone. Until my next trip to Italy.
I don't want to share them with my husband.
I think I have a serious addiction to truffles.
