First Day

Today I started my diet plan, very excited, I ate breakfast and then started to work out. I wasn't able to do all the workouts fully and I only did 3 minutes of cardio which is really lame but alright. During cardio I strained a neck mussle. I just ate lunch...not the healthiest lunch but food that I like and made yesterday and need to get rid of but won't throw it away. Going to work now...crossing my fingers to not eat crappy food.
