nothing in so long!

I haven't lost anything in sooo long! It is totally my fault..I have been lazy and not watching what I am eating...or should I say I have been watching what I'm eating...I've been eating everything! Haha! I have yoyo'd between 137 (EEEK) and 129.7. I would love to get under 130 by the end of August...I know I need to step it up a few notches! I have to be consistent and I have to work much harder then I have been. I am ok with being the size I am but would love to loose those last few (10) lbs! Would love to be 120. That is ideal! I need some major kick in the pants! Why have I fell off the wagon? I guess there could be a few reasons, none of them good though! From being lazy to feeling inside that I am ok at this size although I want to be a wee bit smaller! UGH! I will get myself moving more I promise!!!

    I just checked out your spark page. Your before/after pictures are amazing. You have done an awesome job! I love looking at spark pages like yours. It gives me the motivation and inspiration to continue...I always think if they can do it then surely I can.

    You have done an amazing job and I'm sure you will make it out of your slump. Try to focus on the positive things you have experienced so far instead of those last 10 dreaded pounds. I know it's frustrating when the scales aren't moving but I know you'll make it through. Hang in there.

    It's all up to you -- and I'm quite certain you can do it. Set up a reward system for yourself. Now, I personally cannot remember weighing 137, but one of my rewards will be to buy a "little black dress" in December. I've never owned one. A challenge that I have is to do 15 minutes of cardio while watching TV -- could you do that when the kids are around? Just don't beat yourself up -- it doesn't help. (trust me on that one!!) Just start over the next day. GIve yourself a chance.
