Well my personal challenge is at an end. I have changed my habits some, but I need to keep working at it because on some things I'm still fighting myself so I do not overeat. Also that funny thing called life intervened and walking even such a short time as 20 min. a day was not always possible. I am being consistent with my belly dancing workout though so that is good. I also ended with a 3lb. loss, even with week 5's 1 1/2lb. gain, so I am happy about that. I do feel that I learned alot about myself and have a clear view of the right path, so it was worth it. :)
