Today was a good Day!!!

I went walking today for 30mins and it felt good, i was ready to get out of this house and when i did and start walking i didnt feel how HOT it was outside. Im so proud that im on my way to a life changing goal. Also when i ate today i only had 3 fried chicken strips(they was small, thye wasnt long), and a tablespoon of rice & gravy and string beans..Overall i feel great about what i did today and hopefully i can keep it up. Now all i need is to find a way to work on my stomach. IDK wat to do, my booty & back starts hurting when i start doing my situps. How can i fix that? TTYL.1
