Weight goal achieved. I flacuate from 129 to 134 from day to day. Now, I do weigh myself every morning. If I'm on the high end I cut down on daily calories and up the exercises. I'm glad to say most days I'm right on. The day's I love the most are the 129 days. Can you say treat?

I have gone from a size 10 to size 8 while at the 130 mark. I guess the sculpting is paying off. Just bought my first pair of jeans in years. Gosh the price has gone up alot. So, have to keep the weight off, can't afford any more jeans.

The heat has really cramped my jogging. After having to call my husband to come and get me because of being close to heat stroke, I cut from 6 miles to 5 miles, three times a week and just walking 2 miles twice a week.

I do have a problem with eating breakfast. There doesn't seem to be enough time. After I get back for jogging, life kicks in and breakfast goes out the window. Try to make it up with really healthy morning snack.

I am entering my first run in September. It is only 5 miles, but it is a start.
