I learned alot about my body over the last week. If i want to be successful
i Cant eat after 6pm no matter what. I also learned that i have a tendency to binge on my cheat days. So i am only gong to do 2 cheat MEALS a week.
I am not eating after 6pm no matter what. I will also do my cardio session at night and in the mornings. I am not doing low carb yet. I will wait until i hit a stall
