I learned alot about my body over the last week. If i want to be successful
i Cant eat after 6pm no matter what. I also learned that i have a tendency to binge on my cheat days. So i am only gong to do 2 cheat MEALS a week.
I am not eating after 6pm no matter what. I will also do my cardio session at night and in the mornings. I am not doing low carb yet. I will wait until i hit a stall

    Hi my name is Pamela E -Chicago, IL - reading your blog let me know I'm not along in the eating late at night - I just start this program 8/13/07 - and in reading your blog I'm inspire in cutting the eating out at night also.
