Well I have now surpassed my goal weight, now I have to make sure that I don't start eating whatever I want, and stop exercising. I must say I have been slacking this week, I guess everyone needs a break.

I CAN RELATE. I HAVEN'T REACHED MY GAOL, BUT I HAVE GONE FROM SIZE 16/18 TO 10/12. I AM NOT SURE I WANT TO LOSE 30 MORE POUNDS BUT I MAY GO FOR 20 OR 25.THE MOST DIFFICULT TIME FOR ME IS WHEN I WORK THIRD SHIFT, OR MY 12 HOUR NIGHT SHIFT. SOMETIMES THAY FIX CAKE OR BROWNIES, LIKE TONIGHT AND I DO HAVE A HARD TIME SAYING NO. EVEN IF IT IS JUST A BITE. I HOPE YOU THE VERY BEST AND CONGRATULATIONS ON REACHING YOUR GOAL!
