So, sunday and monday saw the scale at 171. Today it's down to 168.6 so it's dropping back down slowly but surely. I had a huge carb dinner on sunday night so maybe that was part of it but it was weird to see such a big and sudden jump on the scale.
I'm feeling a bit more like I'm getting back on track these last couple of days. My "stay on track" ladies and I have started a 10 day calorie streak so that's always good for motivation and I've been out on my bike twice this week with elliptical twice too so I'm gradually making up for no exercise sunday and tuesday.
With two bike rides I have started on my August mileage:
Day 1 & 2: 12.13 miles (19.4 km)
