Yay! I got my strength training done today! This is the first time for me and I am so proud of myself for getting through it. It wasnt too bad once I actually got started. I have also done a short walk already and hope to take another this evening after L gets home. I think my son is going to ride along with me on his bike.

I have dinner already planned out and added to the tracker so I know where I stand there, I still have a few calories available so trying to decide what to do with them. Might take B for his ice cream he won with the school reading program.
