No big news to report. I am still running 30 minutes straight, not as often a I like but getting there. I am doing a lot of walking and a few strength exercises. I am almost at my goal weight (170 by 8/5/07), although I have been eating and drinking more than I should for the past few days. I am hoping to add more minutes to my running by the end of next week. October is getting closer and I want to run that 5K race.
