I am almost afraid to weigh myself today. I have until tomorrow to make or break my goal of 210.
I am sure that I will reach it, but my bodily functions have not been cooperating these last couple of days. (Too TMI, sorry) I am feeling very backed up and bloated.
I am going to do 30-minutes of Pilates this morning and then go to deep water hydro fit tonight (50 minutes). I walked/jogged for 30 minutes last night.
I will check in and weigh in after Pilates to see what the damage is. WISH ME LUCK (on all accounts, please).
**Didn't get to do my Pilates as both boys woke up, rats! But, I did get my strength workouts in, including crunches and band work, so I am equally happy about that.**
Ok, drank a glass of water and off to weigh in and shower. ACK!
