My personal challenge update: week 4

Update for 7/28/07.
Lost 3 1/2 lbs.!!! That makes 4 1/2 lbs. in 4 weeks. Not bad. Eating less and doing my belly dancing tape, which is alot of fun and really works. I also took my measurements, while my waist and hips have not changed any, have lost another 1/4in. on my neck. I'll try to keep the momentum going. :) Almost forgot..... looked through my weight book and this is the lowest weight I've been since 6/06!!!!!!!! whoo hooo!!

    congratulations on the weight loss.............that is great.keep up the good work.I have always wanted too belly dance but havent yet.It is working for you........live strong and keep on sparking!!!!
