so i was reading some stuff about BMR and now i'm not sure if i'm getting ENOUGH calories! its actually been hard for me to eat even 1200 and i've heard that should be the absolute minimum without working out and should be more if you are more active. so, now how can i figure this out? it all seems pretty confusing to me at this point. i burned like 1700 calories working out this past week, then ate a total of 8277 or an avg of 1182/day. but would i have to subract that 1700 from that?! cause then that would put me at only 939/day?! when would my body go into starvation mode and not let me lose weight? its not that i'm starving myself cause i eat until i'm full but i just dont seem to be as hungry since i'm eating better. i want to make sure i'm healthy and still losing the weight i need to.
