Busy busy busy

I got all my paintings shipped out to Seattle at noon. Now I'm babysittig this afternoon with the grandkids. I felt a little guilty for not doing much with them lately so we made some brownies that they like and their grandad. I'm sending the rest home with them and had myself a banana, blueberry silk smoothie for 210 calories instead.
I need to go drink more water as I forget when I'm busy...good thing I write them down.

  Good Morning Busy Lady, I bet you were glad to get your painting off but is it like sending a child off to camp or something, a part of you goes with them. !LOL. Making those brownies and sending them home was a smart move. Those type foods " talk" to me so I never have them around either. Hope you are getting some quiet time today and having some "me" time. Enjoy your day and may it be full of healthy food choices,exercise and lots of water. Pat from Delaware

    Cheryl, glad the paintings got shipped out. I know the grandkids really enjoyed the brownies. Good for you for having the blueberry silk smoothie instead of the brownies. Do keep drinking the water as it is very important. Rosy
