I had some blood work done on Saturday because I haven't been feeling well. I received a message yesterday while I was out helping my mom with yard work. Well, I just called my doctor this morning. My cholesterol is high (222). I was told to cut out fried foods, fast foods, eggs, and red meat. BOOHOO! I eat healthy for the most part, but I still indulge in McDonalds, etc. Well this is a wake up call because I do not plan to leave this earth in pain or from a condition that I could have prevented. Being more careful with what I eat might even help get me out of this new weight loss rut. I have been stuck at 187 for about three weeks even though I have been exercising like clockwork.
