today has been a great day...its day 2 of the new me and ive followed my diet again and went to the gym and did 20 mins excercise...I know doesnt seem like much but im working up to 1 hr its a personal goal ive made for myself...ive had 2 protein shakes and stayed away from sugar...ya for me!!!
