I am NOT looking for the person I once was! I am looking for the person I am becoming! With that in mind, here is the Camp GonnaBFit Diva Challenge for July 18 - 24:
1) 5 minutes a day pep talk in front of a mirror, talking to meself in a positive manner. No negatives, all positives. W-Oops, forgot! TH-Check! FRI-Check! SAT-Check! SUN-Check! M-Check! T-Check!
2) Blog each day 3 things I like about meself. Focus on positives. I am an awesome individual, so take the time to think about meself in that way. W forgot! TH 1-I like my smile. 2-I´m good at research, 3-I do not run from the hard stuff of life. F 1-I am always moving forward. 2-I am exactly where I need to be right now. 3-I expect and watch for miracles to happen! SAT 1-I am getting a lean and healthy body. 2-I am creating abundance in every area of my life. 3-I have everything that I need. SUN 1-I am loved. 2-It´s MY Life and I´m creating it! 3-I am safe. M 1-My parents are proud of me! 2-I have a beautiful smile. 3-My organizational skills are excellent. T 1-I am good at research. 2-I enjoy color and I decorate my world with it. 3-The example of my life simplifies the way for others.
3) Continue "ME" time - time just for meself, not exercise time, its total me time.
W played a 15 min computer game, TH - long bath, F - brushed both of my cats, SAT - orange body scrub, SUN - 15 minutes reading a magazine, M - birdwatching! T - 2 hours at the salon!
