everyone asks me if i'm also measuring. for whatever reason, i really didnt want to. i think it might be because i never know exactly where to measure. i do the part of my waist where it bends, pretty much where it's smallest, and i try to do the hips where they're biggest, i had no clue where to measure my neck.... it's just so much easier just to step on some scales and then go about your day.
but i measured just now, so we'll see if it really makes a difference in my life (skeptical) lol :-P
