Today's Sparkpeople - March 13, 2018
...to feel a difference in my stomach, not on the outside so much however I can feel the bloating gone. I still don’t have the cravings for carbs like I did. I remember not so long ago that when I was stressed out from work I would want to go to McDonalds and get a McDouble, head to Jack in the Box and grab Bacon Cheddar wedges, then to Starbucks for a Venti size Frappuccino (the sweetest one they got). Yes I was a mess and I pray that’s where that stays (WAS) pass tense.
The only thing that I’m really struggling with is the lack of energy or umph. Like I mentioned in one of my last blogs I used to take appetite suppressants but I stopped a year ago. They use to give me much energy. Now I always feel like I have to push myself. Some things are just robotic (habit) for me however no energy to do anything extra.
I have been doing a little 5 Minute workout (upper body & arms) every night and sometimes I’ll do a set before going to work if I have time. So that’s a little of what’s going on with me!
