Well, today is another day down. I’m not sure how much I weighed this morning. I forgot to measure. But overall, I’d say I did okay today. I could have eaten a little better. And when I say that, it’s always that I don’t eat enough, or early enough, and let myself get too hungry. Then I eat my diet food. But it’s still not okay to skip meals or wait until you’re too hungry. That is how your body holds onto fat. The body is a funny thing. And with all the nutrition classes I’ve had to take in high school and college, you’d think I’d understand nutrition a little better. But I’m still learning everyday. I guess it didn’t help that my brain closed off the world the second it heard kilocalories. LOL. I was so confused the first time I studied those. Ha. Well, there’s always tomorrow.
