W6D4 Balancing act needs some work

Whew, what a busy start this week. At least my two food challenges are behind me, and I can regroup and carry on. Food was not great this weekend, could have done a lot better. I slept badly Sunday night, probably from being overtired, badly enough that I actually called in to work, slept a bit longer and came in midmorning. I'm beginning to look forward to spring break at the end of March when I get some real down time.

I also know that around this time in the 5% challenge, I'll be tempted to self-sabotage. I can make my goal, but I'll need to toe my own line. After indulging in mardi gras king cake from the department next door, my lunch is slim but healthy. I have a pork roast in the crock pot for tonight, and I'll measure a reasonable portion. Sauerkraut and veggies will complete a nice dinner.

I'm at over 6,000 steps right now and am about to go down to the gym.
