Today I Celebrate...No Guilt, No Regrets

I feel like I'm losing sight of my main goal, and that is to fight this osteoporosis with proper nutrition, supplements, and exercise.
But bad habits and sugar addiction are very hard to break. Today I turn 61 years young, and my heart's desire is to make some healthy improvements in my health this year.
It hasn't been easy, especially since I'm hurting physically, but the alternative is sedentary, and that's not going to happen, not if I can help it. Although I'm doing at least 30 minutes of exercise or walking every day, I know I need to do more.
Today I will enjoy my birthday cake, and my favorite Chinese dinner of Vegetable Lo'Mein with my favorite boys, but tomorrow I will start fresh!
Lent is just two days away, which will help me a lot. I have several foods I am going to give up.
I will also blog more often for accountability.
