I didn't post these days yesterday as there is just SO MUCH! I am still on plan and on track.
Still hoping I may be able to go to WI on Tuesday, however my dh is making pizza again
tomorrow so maybe not! We shall see!
I am pleased that I have not eaten extra as I have a bad habit of eating before an event too!
I have been invited to watch footie tomorrow afternoon at good friends house too so need to be determined.
My dh has just opened a box of Mint chocolates left over from Christmas and I am not even tempted, thankfully!
Other than that things are going well right now, I am enjoying my job, its so nice to be able to do 'jobs at home' and go to my exercise classes Zumba today and still get some money for looking after my MiL. It's a success all round I think as she has rarely stopped smiling!
(early days some may say though!)
Day 93, 100 days 20-year Plan
I hope to be still healthy in 20 years, I will be 67 and hopefully my MS won't have progressed much, if at all!
THINGS I CAN DO FOR EVER, I am NOT on a diet.
1. Follow my Slimming World eating plan to keep at my healthy weight
2 Write it down, keep up wit myfood diary every day at least the syns (extras) to keep control!
3. Go to exercise classes or try to do 30 mins of other ex, walking or even houseworkÂ
4. While at my Target Weight, keep there +/- 3lbsÂ
5. Be kind to myself whenever possible.
6. Look for rainbows

1. Back exercises at least 10 mins before bed
2. Walking, aqua aerobics, zumba classes when I can
3.Preferably 30 mins of some kind every day.
HOW I WILL MAKE IT WORK
Walk first thing in the morning when weather permits and attend aqua aerobics and zumba classes when they fit in
BARRIERS AND LIFE ISSUES
1. Daily stresses, disorganisation, clutter, procrastination!
2. Holidays and vacations
3. Parties or events at other peoples houses
A PLAN FOR HANDLING THEM
For most of the situations above You can plan ahead Take care of one step at a time. Make me a priority in order to deal with situations and help others. Ask for help if you need it. Non food rewards.
IMMEDIATE CRISIS PLAN IF I BEGIN TO GAIN WEIGHT.
If I do start gaining weight I must eat more lightly, drink more water, reduce my syns and increase exercising.
Day 94, 100 days Three columns of weight loss
LS suggests we need to live our day in one of 3 columns of weight loss - green (loss), amber (maintain) or red (possibly a gain). We should be in the green zone 90% of the time)
Sadly I have had a few days in the past 10 that were red/amber for food but I have attempted to stay green for exercise.
Today is def green for both food and exercise so I shall return to putting it in my diary.
Day 95, 100 days Set your intentions
I agree that 'intend to' does sound a bit vague for this one but understand that LS thinks that intentions can be carried out, instead I am going to say that 'I will do ...' rather than 'intend to ...'
I will keep sparking as I love my spark friends.
I will continue to plan my eating 3 days in advance (for all the family too).
I will continue to keep my food diary.
I will keep exercising/walking every day.
I will stay at my target weight +/- 3lbs and visit my SW club at least once every 4 weeks.
Day 96 - What will it take?
I agree with my ideas and post last time.
