Continue to have some success with night time snacking ... baby carrots, celery, out of rice cakes so I've added black/green olives to my choices. I can't lie, there have been a few nights I've eaten all of my choices and still went to find a cookie or two. But the good news was on those nights, I didn't eat 6 or 7 cookies, a bowl of popcorn, and a piece of chocolate. There have been many nights where the carrots and celery and have been enough. There were a few nights I didn't need any snack. Just taking it one day at a time and trying to make better choices. My weight this morning was 201.2 ...
