Where do I start at Wednesday I didn’t do any exercise I rested when I got back from the hospital due to we been there 3hrs for Eye dr Appt. I did walk thru the Hospital to get to the cafeteria to eat our sandwiches that I made. Then back to the front we’ll that all the exercise I got!
Yesterday was rough slept late, don’t feel good, head cold not fun. No exercise at all except walking thru my house. Over ate over my calories.
Found out by my dietician that I need to be eating 1500 calories / 145 carbs a day to loose weight being Sedentary.
SparkPeople has me between 2100-2400 something like that and being sedentary.
So I am going to have to firgure how to change it on here. Ugh why things need to be so difficult
