This monday morning, before I got out of bed I took time to think about what went well this past week.
Ate fresh and home made all week. One takeout luch from subway...healthy treat.
Weekend was on track. I planned food..made soup...dinner party I had my planned plate.
I didnt exercise yet.. working on controlling food. Drank my water daily.
Stepped on the scale and I have dropped another pound.
So pleased that I can movr the scale down with focus every day.
I am proud of myself.
I can do this.
I am standing up for me!
