BLC Week 8 Ends - Live Weigh In

8 weeks down and I'm so surprised how fast the time is flying. I have made progress on my fear of having another mini stroke but I use it to my advantage when I am tempted to overeat or stop exercising. It makes for good medicine. :) I'm still flip flopping my calories and it seem to be working so I live by the motto, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!" lol I had made the goal to lose 25 pounds for the 12 weeks and have lost 24 so I want to keep pushing and stay on my plan. 4 more weeks for this challenge but I don't plan to stop marching on towards improved health. I have to be honest though...I'm so ready to stop weighing. lol

    That's AWESOME!! WOOHOOO for the BLC and YOU!! I tried the BLC, but I wasn't healthy enough to keep up. Plus, I am a leader in the 5% Challenge as the ML (motivational leader) and LOL it's about a FULL TIME commitment to the DAWGGIE team (Spirited Under Dogs). I LOVE the 5% and it works well for me, hey we have MANY who do both. Give me a SHOUT out if you're interested in the 5%. It runs for 8 weeks and during that time we aim to lose 5% of our weight. Not all make it, but!! SOME DO! I am TRYING SO HARD to do it myself. I have 3 weeks left and GIVING IT MY ALL!! If I don't make it, I am still doing my BEST and that IS HUGE!
