Weekly weight and measurements

I did the weigh/measure thing this morning and...uh...I don't know how I did what I did. I lost 3 1/2 pounds. That's too much in a week and I wonder if some of it was water weight or what? I had been following my calorie targets and all, but I did move around a lot more this past week than I have been doing. It wasn't until day before yesterday I changed my calorie target and etc so I know that wasn't why I dropped what I dropped in a week.

My measurements all look good, all of them have went down except for my neck which is still the same. I was looking back over my graph this morning and W00t!

So far, since 5/5, when I joined Sparkpeople:

-2 inches from my waist
-3 inches from my hips
-1 inch from my neck
-1.5 inches from my bust (can't figure out if I'm happy or sad about this one, LOL)
-2 inches from my bra band size
-11.5 pounds

I'm so very proud of myself. I never in a hundred years thought I would actually buckle down and lose weight. Much less do any exercise to help lose that weight.
