Not sure fully why, but just lookin back, I didn't realize how many days lately, I haven't been getting up to the lowest calorie amounts. If it's correct, it's about 19 days last month?? I've not been drinking as much water as I should, either, and more than likely, I could be pushing myself a little harder, too.
I haven't had as much gumption lately. I still won't give up, though! Tomorrow's supposed to be pretty HOT, so I'm going to do things lightly. I don't have any "scheduled" workouts, but there is never a day when all walking is totally avoided. You HAVE to walk, just to get around the house!
I had been hoping to lose one. I still can't tell when I lose weight, and all told, I've supposedly lost 18 pounds now. I can't tell at all. I'm STILL not giving up. I'm just going to keep on keeping on, and trying to find little things to enjoy each minute, each meal, each day.

    Wow. 18lbs - that's more than TWICE what I've lost thus far. Way to Go, girl!!!

Yeah, it's hot and sticky in Toronto these days and I've been using this, and a nasty summer cold, to slack off lately. Today was 93 degrees but felt like 104 with the humidex... who wants to work out in these conditions?

So glad you're not giving up. I love knowing as I trudge along this path to healthiness, I have some excellent company on the journey.

    18 lbs...Glo, that's awesome! You are such an inspiration. Keep it up, or should I say down...lol...and I don't want to see you give up, not after getting this far. You go girl!
