Joined the Gym

Today, I went to the Gym (yeah, I finally decided to renew my membership) and I completed 49 minutes on the treadmill and 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer. I ran for 39 minutes and walked the rest. It was easy to run on the treadmill. It requires less effort than running outside because you have more control of where you are running on. It was harder to complete the 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer because I was tired and bored. I also tried to complete my strength exercises but I did not finish. It was after 5:00 pm and there were too many people at the gym. Anyway, it felt good to do something different. I just wished that I had planned it better. I would have gone earlier to the gym and avoided the crowd. I would have planned to take my favorite Latin Dance Class tonight at 7:30 pm. Oh well, I 'll do it another day. I am just glad that this day of workout is over.
