in about an hour or so, i'll be tacking you, week 5. that's right. i know today you're gonna take it relatively easy on me. 5 minutes max running time for today. 5 min run, 3 min. walk, 5 run, 3 walk, 5 run, cool down. you think you're sneaky don't you? little beeeeitch- trying to make me run 8 whole minutes straight in a few more days and all. then 20 minutes at the end of the week? not so sneaky after all, i am totally ON TO you.
the one thing i'm unsure of.... is, do i do day 1 twice, day two twice, then tackle day 3?
or do i try to do it on schedule just to see if i can.
ok i admit it. i'm skeeeered.
