4th of July....

Ok, so I did not go work out but I plan on it for the rest of the week so that is still 5 days. Also I did pretty good diet wise. I had a very light lunch so I could dig in at dinner. I had steak, chicken, and corn on the cob off the grill. And for dessert I had Chocolate Angel food cake with cool whip and strawberries!! Delish! Today I got on the scale and saw a pound disappear....but I am going to wait until my nutritionist weighs me in tomorrow. I am very excited. I won't lie it's kicking my but to get up so early and go to the gym. But results are showing. When I hear that "you lost weight" I pretty much think out loud and say "yeah but I got a long way to go--but thanks".
