hard day

i have been doing so dang horrible i don't eat so often the problem is the things i eat is very bad for me i am having a hard time with the fast food i need to completely cut it out!!!! but it is so hard. i am trying to do good and trying to exercise more but then i eat like crap and that ain't gonna help me!!! i just need some serious help!!!

    I'm sorry you're having a rough time right now. It can be hard to give up fast food - I know it was for me! It's sooooo easy to hit the drive-thru instead of cooking. It's fast, there's no mess in the kitchen, and no dishes to do after! And it's pretty darn tasty, too! But, it's not good for you. It is not nourishing for your body. As hard as it is to do, you need to try your best to NOT have it as much as possible. The good news is that after a while you don't really crave it anymore, and if you do slip up and have it, it doesn't taste as good as you remember. And, if you're like me, you'll end up paying for it with multiple trips to the bathroom (if you know what I mean!!). Try having several smaller healthy meals throughout the day. That will help keep your energy up and metabolism going during the day. Try to stay within your calorie range, not higher and certainly not lower, drink lots of water, and continue with your exercise and you will be fine. If you slip up and have fast food, just try to get back on track with your next meal. You can do it!! Good luck!
