July goals!

-walk 50 miles this month using the WATP
-drink 1 gallon everyday (been slacking)
-50 sit-ups every morning 1st thing
-5 minutes of stretching every morning 2nd thing...lol
-spend minimum of 1 hour outside with Aidan, when weather is nice
