My personal 45 day challenge

July 1st. After months of health fears I have been given a clean bill of health, wanting to keep it that way, I am throwing off all the stress I have been living with and giving myself the 45 days until I go back to work to make some changes that hopefully will become habit like they used to be.
Now that I can exercise I am going to walk at least 20 min. a day, eat more salads and fruit, drink more water and make time for ME each day to unwind. I am going to try to blog my progress , even if just one word, each day. So luck to me and let's get started!!! :)
