Back to fighting the fight on the 200 to 205 range. I realized looking at the weight report over years now that my weight while working limiting meats and beer and high carbs ranges between 196 and 213. The fight takes place in the 200-210 range almost all of the time. My worst was 232 in Dec 2012, and that improved to 186 for a day or two in 2013.
my short term goal is to be 200 by St. Pat's Day. That would be a pound a week at this point. No junk in the house would be a giant leap in that direction. Of course in the house involves other people. My wife resents not having snack food around that I won't eat. Cheese is a big weakness of mine.
The overwhelming % of food I eat is beneficial food, however there is the issue of quantity.

When I have 3 beers and a mini boli for lunch it takes me three days to return to my best weight of that week. Right now the direction is good, but we are going to be taking a trip which disrupts my ability to control my food intake. Now we are at motels that have cheap food included in the price and I have no access to my own kitchen and habits at home.
