I always love the first of the month...like the first of the year, it gives me the chance to start new...start fresh...and though i do try to give each day that new fresh start....the begining of the month helps me really get back on track..so here we are...the last 2 weeks i have fallin off track...with my eating and my smoking...my time of the month has came (sorry to any of the guys who might read this..lol) and i totally let my guard down.... i went to a party at a friends...everyone drinking and smoking...i was fine with my first drink...but by drink 2, i thought i could handle 1 cigarette...no big deal... that one turned into several...and then came the food...uhg....the good news though is i am still eating more vegetables and fruits than i have in the past...so though i have gotten off track with my calories, i am still eating healthier...i am still drinking my 8-12 glasses of water....and though in the last couple weeks we have resorted to fast food...i have been chosing the healthier salads and when i did give into the mcdonald french fries, it was a small instead of the super size...so i am proud of me for sticking to those goals at least...with my smoking...i've had about 1-2 a day...and though no where near my 2 pack a day...still i know the dangers and am getting back on track starting today...
