Fabulous site and fabulous people on this fabulous site has inspired me to stay on track and lose weight! From 165 to 130 pounds since February. Not only is the weight gone, but I have gone from barely being able to jog 1/2 a block to doing 5 miles 3 times a week and doing it in 60 minutes(it may be slow, but I'm happy). I will be doing my first offical 5 mile run in Sept(I hope not to be last crossing the finish line; next to last would be ok.).

The site equiped me with knowledge, things like what a portion size is, how to get in the servings of grains, veggies, fruits, there is more to protien than just red meat (my favorites: fish tofu, soybeans), and good snacking habits.

The calorie counter, setting goals, healthful articles, sparkrecipes, all tools designed to promote not only weight loss but healthly eating habits. These habits go with me where ever I am. I CAN maintain anywhere!

The fitness module really helped me build and keep an exercise routine. One that I can manage and actually use. It's a good thing!

Last, but not the least, the people encourage each other to succeed! I could not have gotten this far without the support of the women and men of this site! THANK YOU!
