I have been doing ok but have to work on making sure I get enough calories. Some days I've had less than 1000 or I don't have enough in the first part of the day and end up feeling drained or w/a headache by lunch. My weight is coming off so I don't want to adjust too much. I am going to try this week to make sure I have at least 800-900 in by the end of lunch and see if that helps.
Weekend trips are going well. I am being very good to bring my own food and make smart choices at the restaurants. I have stayed on my eating plan for 2 weekends now. Last weekend I was especially proud of myself for having an ice tea and an atkins bar while my friend ate a b-fast sandwich and shake at sonic! The self control was good on my part but the best thing was I didn't feel like I missed out and I lost 2lbs for the week! :)
New trip tomorrow. I am hoping for similar results!
