I'm Pooped

I ran 4 miles yesterday, and I was so tired. I just couldn't speed up. It took me a horrible 48 min to run it. I need MOTIVATION with strength training. My sister and nephew are coming to visit me next week then I’m going to Oklahoma. We’ll see how well I do as far as eating healthy. Well how is everyone else doing?
