Some abs exercises DONE
Cardio on threadmill for 20 mins DONE
All of these things lasted only a lil bit more than 1 hour! Good girl!
Diet is going pretty good. Eating really clean these days! I wore my workout clothes which I used to wear last summer today in the gym. I liked myself in those clothes=) My little black nike training shorts and black top.. I fit well in the shorts but I didnt like my thighs in some of the mirrors in the gym. Some mirrors u(usually in lifting section of the gyms) make you look wider, some others ( where cardio equipments are) make you look narrower if I make sense. I have seen this in many gyms. Well, back to my thighs.. They are bigger than last year. Its normal, I know.. All those heavy squats and leg presses caused my thighs get bigger. Im just not used to seeing my thighs this much big. I also feel like my upper body is leaner than my lower body. If I shred some more fat from my lower body, I'll have more beautiful, more defined legs. I've also realized my butt got bigger.. Well in a good way.. It used to be almost flat last year, this year it has a round shape. Well okay okay I'll get used to my new lower body. It felt strange today because it was the first time I wore those little shorts after such a long time so I studied my lower body in the gym today. I still believe it will look better when the fat on my lower body muscles will be shredded. I need to learn what exercise targets to shred lower body fat. Any suggestions?
