Day after Christmas

Today went better than the last week has. I got up and put on real clothes. I weighed in and was up to 202.8 ... not happy with that but it is what it is. I drank a decent amount of water, had veggies with each meal... actually ate 3 meals instead of just eating cookies and cheese all day 🙄 and only ate 2 pieces of candy.
I would have probably chose different food for myself, the meals were a bit heavy on calories and fat but I am basically working with Christmas leftovers, have a house that is still full of cookies and alcohol so I have a lot of temptation to eat junk still.
I figure we will slowly work our way through the leftovers, still have two family gatherings to get through and then after New Year's Eve I will have my refreshed grocery budget and I can go all in.
Until then I will continue to just try and make healthier choices and be kind to my body. I don't feel like a bloated whale today so I must have done something right.
Goals for tomorrow
-Get dressed in real clothes
-Veggies with each meal
-Water with each meal
-Clean off the elliptical which is currently a coat rack
-Plan a menu for after the New Years so I can be ready to shop for healthy food
