Well I have not exercised besides packing for the last two weeks. Honestly it was nice but I was afraid in the beginning that I would gain weight again. I have not keep track of my food at all. Guess what I did not gain weight or lose it. I was not loosing when I was keeping track and exercising at least four times a week. Is it my body adjusting to me being smaller? Or is it luck. Well I start to lose weight again when I began to exercise or will I not. I want to get smaller. I am very happy to be a size 14 but I do realize that my body can look better and I can be a smaller size. Loosing 65 pounds I can see that my body needs to adjust that is a lot of weight I have lost. Now I feel that my body may have adjusted. When I was heavy I could eat what ever and not gain now that I am smaller it is allowing me to do the same. It has been at least three months with out loosing. I hope that is enough time for adjustment. I am ready to exercise. I am not hurting any more. We all have things that happen like car accidents. I am better so exercising shall begin. I know to take it slow to make sure.

    I didn't realise you were in a car accident. It is probably a good thing that you gave your body the rest. What I would suggest...is to start tracking your food again to see where you are with calories per day...then you need to decide how much you would like to exercise every week. It is possible that you were over exercising and under eating. I have read that we should change up our exercise routine every couple months so our bodies don't get used to it. My husband and I started playing tennis in the evenings recently. It has been alot of fun and doesn't even feel like exercise. I love it! We also take walks and will soon be adding in bike riding. Taking my exercising outdoors has been good for my spirit. I haven't been logging my food for about a month or so now. I decided that I had a pretty good idea of what I can and can not eat. And I thought maybe it would give me a nice break of having to count calories. I am still losing weight! You have come soooo far Christina and have done AMAZING!!! You have been a HUGE inspiration to me since I started here on Sparks. You Can Do This!!!! If you ever need anything...I am here for you! :-D (((hugs)))
