Rough Start...

I had a little bit of a rough start on this site, but now that I know what does what, it should be a whole lot easier for me to track things on this site now. Today I took a trip to the grocery store a bunch a lot of healthy foods for me. Yogarts, hummas, fresh fruits, and some peas and beans(to replace the meat), and more for the next week. Now I just need to sit down and plan out my meals.

Just one tip: instead of going to the grocery store first and then planning out your meals; try to plan meals for the whole week (not definite, just a rough plan) and sparkpeople will give you a 'shopping list'. That way there are no surprises when you start fixing your meal and find you are out of one of the ingredients .
But you are doing really great.
