In March I hurt my back and derailed my exercise plan. That's the bad news. It prevented me from achieving my final weight loss goal and running the half marathon in early June. The good news is that I've managed to keep the weight off. First time in years that I've lost weight and been able keep it off. I'm back on regular exercise and pain free at the moment and my goal is now to get down to 180.
