weight/toning slow,

Saturday, June 16, 2007

but what ya gonna do? I like the video I'm using, Kelly Coffey-Meyer's " A New You Coming". It targets the upper, lower and core in a circuit style workout, using hand weights and the step. The total workout is 55 minutes of non-stop exercise, so hopefully that counts as cardio also.

I just don't realize the results as fast for toning as for the initial losing weight happened. Below are measurements from when I started compared with today. Some change, but not much.

My measurements as of 5/16/07:
Left Arm: 10 1/2
Left wrist: 6 1/2
Left thigh: 19 3/4
Left calf: 13 3/4
Left ankle: 8 1/2

Right Arm: 10 1/4
Right wrist: 6 1/2
Right thigh: 19 3/4
Right calf: 13 3/4
Right ankle: 8 1/2

Bust: 38
Waist: 33 1/2
Hips: 39

My measurements as of 6/16/07:
Left Arm: 10 1/4
Left wrist: 6 1/4
Left thigh: 19 1/2
Left calf: 13 1/2
Left ankle: 8 1/4

Right Arm: 10 1/8
Right wrist: 6 1/2
Right thigh: 19 1/2
Right calf: 13 1/2
Right ankle: 8

Bust: 38
Waist: 32 1/4
Hips: 37 1/4

Lots of jiggle in the waist, ab area, (sounds better than flab) really need to work on the core area.

Anyone know a good all over toning/sculpting circiut workout video? I want to have it all in one video.
